Final-sale policy
Because our products are sensitive research chemicals, all sales are final once shipped. We cannot accept returns of opened or unopened vials due to chain-of-custody and integrity requirements.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you received the wrong product, contact support@purestpeptide.com within 7 days with photos. We will replace or refund at our discretion.
Order cancellation
Orders may be cancelled at no charge before they enter fulfillment. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
