By purchasing any product from Purest Peptide ("Buyer"), Buyer agrees to the following:

- Products will not be repackaged, relabeled, or resold for human or veterinary consumption.
- Buyer will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including FDA, DEA, and institutional review board (IRB) requirements where applicable.
- Buyer assumes full responsibility for safe handling, storage, and disposal of products and indemnifies Purest Peptide against any misuse.
- Buyer acknowledges that products are not FDA-approved as drugs and that no therapeutic claims are made or warranted.
Acceptance is recorded at age-gate and at checkout (timestamp and IP address) and retained for at least seven (7) years.
